In this episode we speak with acclaimed canadian , poet, teacher, editor, and publisher Phil Hall. Born and raised in rural Ontario, and educated at the University of Windsor, Phil Hall has led an incredibly prolific and diverse career. His 2011 collection of poetry, Killdeer, was the recipient of the Governor General’s Literary award for poetry. CJSW’s Stephanie Weidman sat down in our studios with Phil Hall to talk about what drew him initially to poetry as well as some of his latest work.
