Understand this, if you’re not a brand, you’re a commodity. When you figure out the difference, you’ll realize it’s easy to sell something, but it’s hard to create a name. Especially when it means creating, maintaining, and protecting your reputation! Get big, get yourself to be THE BRAND!

Know your wants and needs, that’s what most people will tell you when asked about budgeting and finance. I find that it’s not that simple, and rather than tell you what to do with your money, I offer in this podcast a third category. Understanding wants and needs is great, but being able to practice is, in my opinion, impossible without the missing ingredient nobody talks about. Delvin to this podcast and try and understand that this is a concept that I don’t think enough people talk about when it comes to leadership. Many people are comfortable talking about victories grand schemes and great efforts made through stride in excellent leadership. Not enough people talk about what happens when you fall. Short of the mark when you don’t obtain your goals when you don’t meet the deadline.
