I honestly didn't know if I would ever want to talk about this with everyone, but I want to bring awareness to our listeners that life is short and you have to love every moment of your life. Today I get real and raw about living with Cystic Fibrosis, a life threatening illness that affects the lungs. Thank you for taking the time out to listen to me and if you ever need advice on anything, I am always here.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! We answer some of your questions and we talk about what we're grateful for this year. We challenge you to remember what your grateful for and what you have that others don't. Since my 25th birthday was last week, I wanted to share 25 things I've learned in life with our followers! While these words might seem a little cliché, they're a lot of things I need to constantly remind myself of. I'm determined to make this year my best year yet, and I hope this episode inspires you to make it your best year too. 

I (Jessica) am getting real and raw with you all...I have not been feeling amazing lately and have not been myself. I am so done with it all and I'm finally taking back my life. If you're in the same situation, I feel you. WE GOT THIS. BAD BITCHES DON'T GET SAD (you have a minute to cry and then get back to it). I love you guys.
