I honestly didn't know if I would ever want to talk about this with everyone, but I want to bring awareness to our listeners that life is short and you have to love every moment of your life. Today I get real and raw about living with Cystic Fibrosis, a life threatening illness that affects the lungs. Since my 25th birthday was last week, I wanted to share 25 things I've learned in life with our followers! While these words might seem a little cliché, they're a lot of things I need to constantly remind myself of. I'm determined to make this year my best year yet, and I hope this episode inspires you to make it your best year too. 

I (Jessica) am getting real and raw with you all...I have not been feeling amazing lately and have not been myself. I am so done with it all and I'm finally taking back my life.
