This week we talk about self-worth. One of the problems we received was about schoolwork! How to recover from a bad result and feel good enough again. Our main advice was to understand that self-worth comes from within before anything else and that they could speak to teachers on how to improve and use this test as a revision method for the next! This episode is quite different as we were in other countries! However, we found our way around it and did this episode on FACETIME! This week we talk about ghosting. We had a girl that had a friend who was utterly ghosting her. Our main advice was to send a check-in message, (basically saying: hi, how are you, how's school, miss you, and do you want to meet up?) Even though this episode may be called ghosting we will tell you that ghosting is not always the most effective way to deal with a situation, and confronting or having a talk with whoever you have a problem with is much more useful.
