It is December, Friday the 13th (the second Friday the 13th of 2019) and we have a special surprise for you guys.

About 2 years ago, Never Hike Alone, a Friday the 13th fan film caught buzz around the horror community before exploding onto youtube for well over 1 million views. This labor of love brought Jason into the modern age without losing the key elements that made the character great.

After a succesful (and surprising) release, DiSanti is working on a crowdfunded follow up Never Hike In The Snow, and popped by the show to talk about the films, Jason, and filmmaking in general.

We also invited another special guest attorney Alec Solomita to pop by to explain the legal wranglings behind Friday the 13th in general and why we are seeing so many 80's remakes and reboots these days.

This week our question to our guests is:

Alec - what are you favorite movies that not a lot of people have seen?

Vincente - Favorite Friday the 13th kills?

Remember if you use our link (https://amzn.to/2KxR8OU) we get a little bit of money towards server costs at no extra cost to you. So go ahead and buy that Nicholas Cage Mermaid Pillow you definitely need.

Christmas time is fast approaching, and we at the Give Me Five Podcast want to make sure that you don't get tricked into celebrating with fake traditions, so we unveiled our real or fake holiday tradition quiz to help you guys out. Send all appreciation in the form of donations to your local animal shelter.

We also cover Knives Out the murder mystery comedy (OK I sat this conversation out, so I don't know if its a comedy - G) but anyway the other 2 seemed to like it, so there ya go.

Greg did get a chance to wallow... in the sea of sorrow. And if you know what that is a reference to, you will probably love the book Alice in Chains The Inside Story by David de Sola. It is a exhaustively researched book about one of the best bands of the 90's and the tragic story of lives cut short by addiction. Its on Audible and Amazon, seriously, listen to it.

This week our question is What underrated / unknown movies do you try to introduce to friends?

Remember if you use our link (https://amzn.to/2KxR8OU) we get a little bit of money towards server costs at no extra cost to you. So go ahead and buy that Nicholas Cage Mermaid Pillow you definitely need.

Congratulations Give Me Five Podcast, you are the 1,000 podcast to cover Disney+'s The Mandalorian. Due to listener response, we are going to cover The Mandalorian in special episodes. So that is 7 more Give Me Five Episodes for you to sink your... uh.. ears? into.

In Season 1 Episode 4, the Mandalorian goes to the far off planet of Sorgan to avoid being caught by the bounty hunters that are after him and "the child" and finds himself in the middle of a war between a group of peace loving farmers and a roving band of Klatoonians. This episode ups the action and harkens back to the era of great Vietnam films.

Opening song is https://scandroid.bandcamp.com/album/the-force-theme-single by Scandroid. Go buy it and show him some love.
