The Constitutional Court has ruled that

bereaved parents have a right to bury a foetus that is under
the age of 6 and a half months. For years a foetus that
young was considered medical waste and as a result
parents were not given the option to bury that foetus. We

Khayalethu Magadla who fell into a sewer manhole in
