Inside the cocoon, the caterpillar doesn’t gracefully transform — it dissolves. Its own body breaks itself down before “imaginal cells,” dormant since it was still crawling on leaves, reorganize the mess into a butterfly. The blueprint for what it was becoming was already inside it before it ever fell apart.
Megan explores what free will actually has to do with that goo stage — the dark, formless, in-between part of transformation nobody wants to sit with. You don’t get to choose whether life dissolves you. But you get full autonomy over what the dissolving means while you’re in it. This episode covers the neuroscience of how your thoughts physically reshape your brain, why reframing your perception is an act of power rather than pressure, and why God building free will into us — even into the darkest, goo-iest parts — might be the most intimate gift of all. Faith, it turns out, isn’t passive. It’s a choice.
This episode pairs with the community’s recent breathwork session on free will.
Where are you in the goo right now? Can it suck, and can you trust it anyway?

Welcome to your Weekly GLIMPSE Guide—your Sunday snack for the soul.
This week, we’re doing something a little different. Instead of a traditional episode, I invite you into a gentle guided meditation inspired by this week’s energy.
As we move through Leo season, we’re supported by fiery inspiration and the spaciousness to pause before we react. This meditation is an invitation to explore one powerful question:
What if the story you’re telling yourself isn’t the only one?
Together, we’ll practice releasing judgment, observing our thoughts without attaching to them, filling ourselves with love and light, and remembering that we always have the freedom to choose our perspective.
Because sometimes what first feels like a setback becomes the very thing that leads us somewhere beautiful.
In this short meditation, you’ll:
Take a few quiet minutes for yourself this week. Breathe deeply, soften your judgments, and remember that your perspective has the power to change your experience.
Until next Sunday, keep noticing the GLIMPSEs of goodness all around you.

Breathwork Session! Find a comfortable, quiet place to listen and participate! You may want to sit or lay down. Enjoy!
Emotions may come up, sensations may come up. If anything is uncomfortable, release the active breath and move to your natural breath and rejoin if you are ready.
If you have ever had a detached retina, heart problems, psychosis or are pregnant just do your natural breath the entire time, listen to cues, but do not do the active breath or breath holds.
We do live breathwork in my community once a week! jOIN US!

Welcome back to The Weekly Glimpse Guide: A Sunday Snack for Your Soul.
This week brings one of the most powerful energetic moments of the summer—the Full Buck Moon. Whether you follow astrology, spiritual practices, or simply enjoy using nature as a time for reflection, this episode is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and intentionally step into the life you’re meant to live.
In this guided visualization, you’ll be encouraged to imagine waking up in your dream life, connect with the emotions of your future self, and use the heightened energy of this full moon to create greater alignment for the months ahead.
We’ll explore:
Take a quiet moment for yourself, settle in, and allow yourself to dream without limits. The life you’re envisioning may be closer than you think.
If this episode speaks to you, please share it with someone who could use a little encouragement, and don’t forget to follow the podcast so you never miss your weekly Sunday Snack for Your Soul.
Until next time… breathe deeply, trust your vision, and remember: what is meant for you is already making its way to you.

Have you ever wondered, “What is my purpose?” You’re not alone. Many of us spend years searching for the answer, believing our purpose is something we have to achieve or discover. But what if your soul already knows? What if your purpose has been there all along, waiting for you to quiet the noise and listen?
In this episode, we’re exploring how to reconnect with your authentic self by creating space for stillness, letting go of expectations, and tuning into the voice of your soul. We’ll talk about reconnecting with God, the Divine, or whatever higher power speaks to your heart, reflecting on what truly brings you joy, and uncovering the clues that have been with you since childhood.
We’ll also discuss how simple daily practices—like walking in nature, journaling, prayer, meditation, and intentional reflection—can help you hear your inner wisdom more clearly. I’ll share why I created the Homegirl Walk Challenge and how guided walks can become a powerful tool for reconnecting with yourself and uncovering the life you’re meant to live.
In This Episode:
Reflection Questions:
Remember, your soul isn’t asking you to become someone new. It’s inviting you to remember who you’ve always been.
If this episode spoke to your heart, I’d love for you to share it with a friend, leave a review, and join me for the Homegirl Walk Challenge as we continue walking our way back to ourselves.

What do you really desire?
Sometimes we think our deepest desires are for a new job, a new relationship, or a new car. But what if those are simply surface-level expressions of something much deeper?
In this week’s Sunday Night for Your Soul, we’re exploring where our true desires come from. Rather than chasing external things that promise fulfillment, we’ll gently turn inward and reconnect with the source of those desires—your soul.
Through reflection and a guided breathwork practice, you’ll be invited to quiet the noise, release tension, and create space to hear the wisdom that’s already within you.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
Breathwork Practice
In this episode, Megan guides you through a simple Reverse Triactive breathing exercise:
As always, practice only when you’re in a safe place where you can fully relax.
Reflection Questions
Remember: the answers you’re searching for aren’t always outside of you. Sometimes they simply need a little space to be heard.
Take a deep breath, trust yourself, and allow your soul to lead the way.
If this episode encouraged you, please share it with someone who could use a moment to reconnect with themselves. And if you’re enjoying the podcast, leaving a rating or review helps more people discover these weekly moments of grounding.
Until next Sunday, keep enhancing the human experience—one breath at a time.

This week the moon is dipping into fiery, bold Leo early — before Leo season officially arrives with the sun in about a week and a half. That gap between the moon’s early Leo energy and the sun’s steady Cancer placement sets the stage for this episode’s story: the ancient midrash of the sun and the moon, and what it teaches us about receiving criticism without losing ourselves.
In the traditional telling, the moon complains to God that two equal lights can’t share one sky — “is it possible for two kings to wear one crown?” — and gets shrunk down as a consequence. But the Kabbalists saw it differently: the moon’s shrinking wasn’t punishment, it was tzimtzum — sacred contraction — the moon choosing to become small enough to be received.
And then there’s the sun, who heard the moon’s complaint and never defended, never retaliated, never gossiped about it to the stars. The sun just let the criticism become fuel instead of a wound — and grew into full glory because of it.
In this episode, we walk through the story, the mystical meaning behind it, and close with a devotion for anyone learning to hold criticism the way the sun did: without flinching, without needing to be right, and trusting that when it’s your season to shrink, it’s not because you’re less — it’s because it’s your turn to be received.

Ever watched a nature video where a predator lets its prey go, and the animal just… shakes? That’s not random. That’s the nervous system completing a cycle we humans almost never finish.
In this episode, Megan breaks down what she learned about animals like possums using the freeze response to survive — playing dead when they can’t escape — and the full-body shake that follows once the threat passes. That shaking releases the trauma and resets their nervous system before they move on with their day.
Then she brings it home: we go through fight, flight, or freeze too, but instead of completing the cycle, we go straight back to work, to our kids, to our inbox. The trauma doesn’t have anywhere to go — it gets stored in the fascia. Megan shares from a recent live breathwork and somatic session in The GLIMPSE Collective, talks about how childhood trauma we don’t even consciously remember still shapes our adult responses, and connects it all to Soul Sparks — the Kabbalah-rooted practice of noticing when the same painful pattern keeps looping in your life, and choosing to look inward instead of blaming the person or situation in front of you.
She also gets personal, tracing her own recurring “I don’t matter” pattern back to being ignored by her older brother — and models exactly what it looks like to do this work in real time.
•The animal freeze response and why the shake matters
•How trauma gets stored in the fascia
•Bottom-up therapy vs. top-down (working the body, not just the mind)
•Childhood trauma we don’t consciously remember
•Soul Sparks: the next 3 weeks are a powerful window for this
•Megan’s personal “I don’t matter” pattern and where it started
•Practices: shaking, pillow work, rage rooms, somatic work, breathwork
•The caution: processing vs. getting stuck in the loop
•Tying it back to Equanimity — the E in the GLIMPSE Method

Instead of reacting to discomfort by shutting it down, Megan invites you to pause, take a breath, and ask: what’s the deeper meaning here? Then she leads a haloactive breath practice (in through the nose, out through the mouth) to help you release judgment, call in patience, and open up to growth — ending with a deep grounding breath hold.

What if the simplest thing you do all day became the thing that changes everything? In this episode, Megan shares the story behind “Manifest Island” — her daily practice of walking laps around her kitchen island while manifesting, thinking, and just being. What started as something she was almost embarrassed to admit has turned into a source of real joy, clarity, and grounding.
Megan talks about how a $50 step-tracking ring sparked the habit, how she hits 10,000+ steps without ever leaving her house, and why this simple practice has become just as much about mental and spiritual space as physical movement. She also shares big news: she’s building a brand-new 28-day guided walking meditation challenge called the Home Girl Walk Challenge, woven through her GLIMPSE Method (Grounding, Love & Gratitude, Inspiration, Manifestation, Play, Surrender, Equanimity).
If you’ve been wanting to move your body but struggle to get outside — because of weather, time, or just life — this episode is your invitation to do it differently, right in your own home.
In this episode:
•The origin of “Manifest Island” and why Megan almost didn’t share it
•How walking indoors became a full mind-body-spirit practice
•A first look at the Home Girl Walk Challenge — 28 days, 20-minute guided meditations, rooted in GLIMPSE
•How to get on the list to hear more when doors open
