Today's episode is all about flexibility. You need to be flexible so that you can always be ready no matter what comes your way. You can find success in all things and turn it into something positive. Challenges are learning lessons. I learned so much about flexibility as an athlete, especially playing a sport where there's a lot of things outside of your control. It has taught me so much and there is a lot we can all learn from staying flexible!

Brandon Puffer is an American former professional baseball pitcher. A relief pitcher, Puffer played in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Houston Astros (2002–2003), San Diego Padres (2004), and San Francisco Giants (2005). Puffer was promoted to Boston and was in the Red Sox bullpen that night. Boston ultimately won the World Series championship that fall, and team owner John W. Henry decided championship rings would be given to any player that was on the Red Sox roster that year. Despite never having thrown a single pitch for the team, Puffer received a World Series ring. The 18-carat white gold ring was encrusted with diamonds and adorned with a ruby "B"

How do you show your value? Do you do it through your actions, or you words? Everything is connected, when somebody encourages you it builds confidence and courage. What separates a good salesmen from a very average one? Being able to communicate effectively and pivot during high stress situations creates a trustworthy relationship with your client.
