This episode is for everyone who might have a small quirk in your ankle or knee, and anyone who has a chronic illness or life long pain. We talk about topics that can affect the mentality you have towards your physical aliments and changing the way you think about others with in your family and friends and for the people you don't know. We want you to think about those people you don't always talk to and the people who are in pain physically because the goal for this episode is to reach out and see if you can make a difference and give them peace or help out with a task they need completed. On todays Episode of TGS we get stuck in a hoard, but McCahill is working on cleaning up his items. This process takes time when people suffer traumatic, tragic, or sad events they build up walls with their possessions because of what has occurred to them. Family History is also a factor that could very well play a role in a Hoarding Disorder. Working on decluttering a space also involves working with the inner functions of the mind, and the way the person is thinking about these items they have kept. We hope you get something out of this episode and can clean up and see some of your own clutter whether that be with physical items or mental blockages you may suffer from.
