HEY! Is a side hustle imminent for you in 2021? Take my FREE quiz to help you figure out which side hustle you should start!
Phew. Now that 2020 is just about over, I'm ready to look ahead and put my focus outwards to 2021. And I'm excited to set some goals and think about how I want to approach the year.
So I'm borrowing from Gretchen Rubin once again, and I have a list of 21 things to accomplish for the year 2021. I used Tom Rath's book, WELLBEING, as the basis for my 21 things. You'll just have to listen to the show and hear all about it.
Mark your calendar for the week of January 4th! It's going to be Workshop Week on Elevate Your 8!! We'll be discussing all things RESUMES and I think you're going to just love it!
Happy New Year! May 2021 be your most abundant and joyful year EVER!!!
2020 was somewhat of a shitter, wasn't it?
But then again, I have to look at everything as having a silver lining, so I hearken back to my NACURH business meeting days and recall those Pro-Con Debates in Robert's Rules of Order.
At least, I think that was how it all went down.
Anyway - enjoy this little debate I have with myself and I hope that you, too, will see the silver linings of 2020.
As we move into 2021, many of you may be wanting to take on a Side Hustle to get back some income that was lost during 2020...or you just have a hankering to make a difference in the world through a passion project. But which Side Hustle to pursue? I have a new, FREE quiz that will help you figure this all out. CLICK HERE to get your paws on that and let's see what 2021 holds for you!
Ah, yes, another ROCK STAR conversation with a Pod Pal Connection (thank you, Adam!) and this week I was very much inspired by my guest, Debra Kasowski, of the Millionaire Woman Show. Debra is so sharp and highly motivational, I think you will really enjoy our conversation.

After graduating with distinction, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta, Debra spent many years as a clinical manager excelling in leadership development, before founding Debra Kasowski International, world-class training and consulting venture focused on helping aspiring business owners and solopreneurs develop the winning “success habits” that transform human potential into sustainable profits.

So, I am finding that some of my very best friends are coming to me through this podcasting thing. And many of these people I have only met once or twice in “real life,” if at all! DANG! I guess when you find your tribe, it’s very easy to find those like-minded people who “get” you, right?
Today’s guest is the ultimate example of such a relationship. I’m talking to Paula Miller of the Reclaiming You Podcast. I met Paula very briefly during Adam Schaeuble’s live event in September of 2019. She joined the Rise and Bloom mastermind group shortly thereafter, and we have finally come together for a dual interview that is airing on both our shows.
If you are a 50-something woman, then this show is REALLY going to speak to you, but I personally think that we hit the nail on the head on many topics, including body shame, finding ourselves, and being a new podcaster.
Paula Miller has battled with obesity, body shame, and low self-esteem since kindergarten. She eventually lost 100# and became inspired to compete in Bodybuilding and eventually found CrossFit which was her life for 7 years. Paula then transitioned into powerlifting and qualified for drug-free Nationals where she received multiple records all this while battling hormone imbalances, infertility, and diagnosed with Stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue.
An RN of 28 years by day and a striving entrepreneur by night, Paula has a deep desire to make an impact to serve others by helping to overcome body shame by developing daily habits and a positive mindset.
Paula is a host of her own podcast Reclaiming You and a co-host on the Lost AF Wellness Wellness and is on a mission to help those who are lost and alone and need to release fears, frustrations, and limiting beliefs and transform those thoughts into a sense of joy, fulfillment and a passion for life.

This was a really fun and interesting interview for me. I met Monica through Adam Schaeuble’s Pod Pals Zoom Parties and wanted more than ever to pick her brain about how to better work with my own hubby in our business together, so I decided to invite her onto my show!
Monica is a bright and exciting woman with a great story and an amazing podcast. I hope that you’ll check her out after this episode.
In her own words…
I'm Monica Tanner, married to my best friend, boss mom to 4 small humans, weekly podcaster at On the Brighter Side of Marriage and relationship and intimacy Sexpert.
I get it, entrepreneurship and marriage are HARD...they both take work. There are lots of ups and downs and sometimes it all just feels like TOO MUCH. But can I let you in on a little secret? It's easier than you might think...you may just need some simple, time-saving, life-saving skills and strategies. That's where I come in...
I firmly believe that there are no two people on planet earth who love each other more than me and my husband and I would love to help you believe that about your own marriage as well. I help Passionate Female Entrepreneurs prioritize their marriage while crushing their business goals through a system called Sexpionage.

It all starts with today’s episode and my new sleep guru, Mollie McLocklin.
Mollie is the creator of Sleep Is A Skill, a company that optimizes people’s sleep through a unique blend of technology, accountability, and behavioral change. The company was born from “scratching her own itch” after a lifetime of poor sleep habits culminated into a mega-challenging bout of insomnia for months without end. With a background in psychology & human behavior, she went down the rabbit hole to solve her sleep disturbances without sleeping aids. She became fascinated with chronobiology, and by extension, its practical applications to restore a state of homeostasis not only to her sleep but also to her life as a whole. Knowing the difference between a life with sleep and without, she’s now dedicated her life to sharing the forgotten skill set of sleep.
Mollie and I talk about circadian rhythms, sleeping with the TV on, and why alcohol really doesn’t help you sleep at all. And I think she’s pretty well convinced me to buy an Oura Ring, finally. I really enjoyed our conversation and I know that you will as well!
After you awake from your blissful sleep, your next move should be to nail down a new morning routine! You can put one together when you join my minicourse, “Morning Routine Glory.” In five days you’ll have a morning routine that takes you from hitting snooze, to complete all your “to-do’s” CLICK HERE to get the free course today!
Phew! All these interviews lately - it's been incredibly exciting! But today I thought I would send a little bonus over your way since the holidays are coming!
I used to do a Runner's World Holiday Streak back in the day when I was still running...so I thought it would be fun to do a Gratitude Streak this year. A challenge. 39 days where we express appreciation for something in our lives. I share three ways you can give this a try.
If you choose the sticky notes, make sure you tag me on Instagram @krismcpeak...I'll be watching and will give away some goodies on January 2nd.

If you checked out the “Coping with Covid” Summit back in April of this year, you already heard from Susmitha Veganosaurus, host of “The Feel Good Factor” podcast and owner of the very first vegan restaurant in all of India, Carrots. Now we get to further deconstruct the importance of finding happiness in all that you do, from your morning routine until you put your head on the pillow.
It’s hard NOT to smile when you listen to Susmitha’s passion and excitement for pursuing happiness in our day to day lives. Her drive to help people find joy has made her a sought after podcast interview - and I haven’t even begun to tell you about her awesome vegan cooking skills!
Susmitha Veganosaurus is a vegan chef, podcaster, meditation guide, artist, holistic business coach, and multi-passionate entrepreneur.
Having grown up on a vegetarian diet, her vegan journey began in 2003 when she became aware of the cruel practices in the dairy industry. After that, there was no looking back! She started out as an ethical vegan and later learned about the health, environment, and spiritual benefits of the lifestyle.
Susmitha has been exploring spirituality and energy work since she was a teenager. Her passion for veganism and connection to spirituality are the biggest influences in every aspect of her life. She often brings the two together into her classes, speaking engagements, cooking, mentoring, and activism.
