With being an art therapy student, something I get asked on the daily is "what is art therapy?". First of all this is a totally valid question, as the main therapy that is focused on is talk therapy. But in this episode I get into the nitty gritty of what art therapy is, does, works, etc.

My hope for this episode is to teach you a thing or two about the benefits of it and why it is just as important and effective as talk therapy!! If you guys have any more questions just let me know, I would love to talk about this again! <3

GUYS!! Today I am chatting with Evan, my older brother/bestie, etc. lol

I have been wanting to do this for so long now but wanted to be in person with him to do it, but I decided I would just suck it up and do it online which turned out totally fine! (the audio might actually be horrible and the editing was a whole thing but that's okay)

In this episode we talk about how our relationship has changed drastically from when we were kids to now, give advice to our younger selves, answer some other questions, and we also did a "Am I the Asshole" segment which I loved haha! I loved catching up with him, per usual, but this episode is extra special. <3

This weeks episode is all about dreams! I should clarify... the sleeping kind, not the fun kind of dreams. Maybe dreams are super fun for you guys but they're absolutely the opposite for me lol <3 no idea why. I'm just gonna be talking about how my dreams at night affect me the next day, dissociation, anxiety, etc!

I have already done a podcast episode about this a while ago with Riley Carrol (The Riles Files) where we talked all about out experiences with weird dreams! Go give it a listen if you haven't already!

This episode I am discussing (mostly just screaming about how to deal with frustration as an adult) how much I've learned working with kids about dealing with frustrating situations. As adults, we tend to have an ego about dealing with these emotions. I also answer a couple of questions about how to deal with a situation you guys have been put in that makes you especially frustrated!!

This episode probably doesn't make sense in the slightest... it was one of those where my brain was all over the place. BUT in this episode I am taking about the importance of exercising for me!! I'm no 'gym rat' but the gym has helped me a lot ever since I had to leave sports behind in high school. As we may or may not know, I love to be in the gym. It allows me to blow off steam, maintain a routine, etc. but I also tough on the not so fun parts about the gym too. If you guys have any more questions about this topic reach out!! <3

This week I am talking to you from the comfort of my parents house which gave me the perfect opportunity to talk all about my experiences with dissociation. Throughout this episode I talk about my first experiences with it and how they have changed over time, and also about how I deal with it these days. If you guys have ever experienced something of the sort, reach out to me because I wanna hear all about it... it's fascinating and also terrifying lol.

Hey guys big news... not really. I deleted my social media! This has been something I always admired in people, but never thought I would do for some reason. But here we are and the goal is to delete it for the summer... I'll keep you updated! In this episode I will be talking all about why I deleted my socials and what has come of it since then. I also touch on a couple of things I didn't expect deleting them. Although I've only recently deleted them, I definitely advise evryone to give it a shot for at least a couple days. Only good can come of it, I promise!

Working in all areas of customer service provide me with an insane amount of weird, frustrating, insane stories that are definitely funny to look back on...lol! I had a lot of fun reminiscing on these short stories and maybe I will do another one of these episodes every once in a while as well! I said this in the episode, but if you work in the customer service industry... my heart goes out to you lol. You're doing amazing sweetie <3
