In this weeks Sunday AM podcast, we begin our 2022 series by focussing on the Biblical book of Luke Chapter 4. In the book of Luke we find many very personal stories of Jesus healing people, delivering people from demonic oppression, calling them to follow him. Sue asks if we understand who the common enemy of Christians is. It is not people who disagree with us, but is rather the Devil, and this first miracle is a deliverance from the power of the Devil. We are then encouraged to live with that same authority over all of the works of the enemy.

Jesus’ death and resurrection was not all about “good advice” and Sue explores being “born again” as an entry point into a new adventure with God which transforms all of life. Centering our focus on what it means to love as God loves us.
