God's plan for the world. Firstly "gospel". Social gospel? Faith gospel? Liberation gospel? Full gospel? Should the gospel be divisive? Good news - the Gospel of the Kingdom is integrative not divisive! The story of the woman who touched the hem of Jesus garment is an example of this gospel of the Kingdom - a gospel which makes us sons and daughters of the living God, bringing healing and transformation.

We become the ambassadors of this gospel kingdom - representing one nation to another nation. A home nation sends s to the host nation. Resources come for us from our home nation (God's Kingdom) and help is then given to the host nation (the world in which we live). If the gospel has changed you, then be the gospel to the least, the last and the lost.

Many world changing things were born on the day the Christian Church was born. Humility, generosity, equality, rights of women and children.

In Matthew 6:1 Jesus called on his followers to be habitual and humble examiners of their motives in doing these good things. Using this Bible verse as a launching pad for exploring related verses, Sue shows us how, when the church began humbly believing in and following the goodness of God in Jesus, the world was radically changed.

Knowing intimately and believing steadfastly in his goodness and love are key ingredients to make this happen. It's not too late - to receive his love, know him personally and discover your divine destiny.

God's love for each of us is energising, life changing, cleansing and restoring. Where his presence is, there is love.

Kathy shows how even in our fallen, imperfect state, God still loves every human being. Starting with God's provision for his chosen people for the forgiveness of their sin, she leads us to the ultimate act of God's love for us - when he gave his own Son to pay the penalty for our sin. That is true love and was followed up by God in the gift of his Holy Spirit and the establishment of his church.

What makes the Christian church difference from an atheist gathering or a social justice group or even a gym or a club?

It's the kingdom. Our focus is the coming of the Kingdom of God to the world. Jesus taught us to pray "thy kingdom come...". This is a subversive prayer in every way. All of our activities towards this goal work towards the restoration of the world - not its evacuation!

A new humanity, bringing justice, mercy, care and true love is core to achieving this. Only Jesus can do this in humans - making us new and bringing the kingdom of heaven to earth in us and through us. Josh unpacks the ideas from the Lords Prayer, the Beatitudes and the Book of Revelation.
