In this episode we were joined by Professor Hugh Hunt, professor of Engineering at Trinity College, Cambridge to talk about tunnelling. Professor Hunt has recorded a number of documentaries on the Great Escape, including "Digging the Great Escape", and he looks at both the experience of tunnelling, but also the challenges and engineering solutions the POWs came up with to overcome those obstacles.
