Mike has been a proponent and advocate for more bike friendly infrastructure in Asheville for over 10 years.  As the pandemic has shown, more people are cycling and being outdoors to commute than ever before.  With many people not wanting to take public transit, ride sharing and simply because biking is a safe outdoor activity during COVID-19.
