The Great Shalom Podcast : Overcoming Learning Problems

Years ago, when we were still in the radio studio, I think maybe 2009, Shelby Ring, then in high school, came to give us a testimony. It still rings today -- if you will forgive the pun.

However, thank the Lord, we are seeing a great awakening/revival among our young people. They are hungry, thirsty, and serious.

And it is a good thing, because no joke, our young people are under assault. Drug usage we think is like our day, but in fact, it is seriously deadly. And it is an intentional attack, coordinated by a foreign power that has used drug as warfare for centuries, and brought in by cartels who are more sophisticated than you imagine.  Then, on top of that, if the faculty at their government school is not also drunk/addicted, they are pushing sexual depredation. The curricula and library selections are nothing short of grooming, and every week the news media records another faculty indicted for depredation. Given the pushback on political forays into common sense restrictions, one wonders what is NOT caught. Stories of the darkest kind can be found. Demons lurk among us.

But Jesus came as the light of the world, and Jesus Messiah shines in our world, if we open a window or door. Let's celebrate the light that came in for Shelby -- who, by the way, is still around. Thank God.

May the light of Christ Messiah light our lives, our families, our cities, and our nations. May both we and the spheres sing His praises. Thank God, we have a God who is salvation, who is hope, who is love and goodness. This is what we need! Amen!

Let's hear what else Dr. Edwards had to say to us back in oh, I think it was 2010.

I think we started talking about adult health, particularly women. At the time, he was just about the most famous doctor in Austin, not just because he started the gymn in Westlake, but also because he looked into hormones for women more than any other doctor in town.

During the holiday season, the mother of the house has extra duties. Maybe this is a fine time to consider taking care of the mother who takes care of everyone else during the holidays.

I 've told you before about Carl Sommer 's Advance Publishing that writes books with good morals for elementary aged children. HIs books are straightforward, Judeo-Christian values, without naming God. He aimed at getting these books into school libraries.

Why had we been suprrised with surly, unmannerly children, when that is exactly what we have put before their eyes on television and books? Let's do better. Let's ignore those who tell us that the books are old-fashiong and that morals are not wanted. We want them.

This Christmas or Hanukah, how about giving the gift of character to your own children or grandchildren. Then, maybe see if a donation to a library would be acceptable. Apparently, they have had difficulty finding good books. They may be short.

We just completed a series on healing prayer.

Forgiveness is a real key to being sure our answers are not blocked.

Dr. Ted Edwards MD, Baptist layman, visited with us back when we were in the radio studio.

Enjoy.

Our third and final in our little series on how to pray for healing. Whether for yourself or for your children, it is important to know that God wants you to live well and healthy, and what blocks the "download" of the manifestation: unforgiveness, strife, etc --but most importantly: not asking.

Today is also Thanksgiving here in The United States. Today, we might realize how hard a heart we have, from wounds, from resentment, or just from lack of gratitude. I recommend a wonderful Thanksgiving special from Johnny and Elizabeth Enlow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNggUH9LF9w

We continue with our little series on how to pray for healing. I hope it is an encouragement.

Talking with friends, I realized lots of people might like to hear about how to pray for healing. So, let's begin. Let's start with understanding things a little from God's perspective.God is good.God wants to forgive us. Similarly, God wants to heal us.

So, let's hop into Scripture!

Also, check out my book, God Wants You Healed for a longer exposition of Bible Verses.

and in pdf God Wants you Healed

Pure, fresh Water is a symbol of the Word of God. Our bodies are made largely of water. Water has the imprint of human intention, we are told by a Japanese scientist.

But, do you have pure, fresh water in your home? Or do you have chemicalized water? Have you fund the statistics on how bad your water is? Once I lived near a nuclear plant, near a river where we were told not to fish or swim. So I looked up the statistics on the municipal water supply. Not great. But then, I compared those stats to the ones from the municipality, supposedly really bourgesoise, a suburb of a fairly nice Texas town. OH Dear! Really bad!

Similarly, Stew Peters had a documentary about how water supplies could be poisoned. Since covid  could be cured with mono-clonal-antibodies, similar to the one that cured snake venom, had we been poisoned? Well, probably not through municipal water systems at that time. But they are certainly vulnerable!   There are, at this time, organized terrorists who do say they want to do complex, coordinated terror attacks against US cities. Hopefully, our security forces will wake up, since it is unlikely that our first responders will be at all prepared.

Flouride, normally put in municipal water supplies has not been shown to reduce IQ. Whether it is flouride (which crazies like the John Birch Society were warning about in the early 1970s) or psychotropics, or chlorine, or other contaminants, a good filter will solve your problems. You can even get a filter that will make your water more alkaline, which should reduce the probability of being attacked by cancer. Chlorine is a known neurotoxin, used in WWII as a bomb.

In any case, your house can have pure fresh water if you have a good filter. If you can not afford a filter for a house, you can get a WaterPik filter that fits onto your sink faucet for drinking water. Good idea to drink mineral water when you can.

I do not think that the affiliate link will actually pay me anything, but I still recommend the DreamTree company. The ship anywhere and any plumber and probably most handiymen can install the filters. See GSB4Gran and click thru.

BTW, if you would like to contribute to people in low income countries having pure fresh water, I recommend you contribute to Elijah Streams or any church that you know that has a an ongoing relationship with people there, so that the help is used properly.

Contact me for help to start a school. I will help you start a micro-school.  Maybe you need just a conversation for encouragement. Maybe you need a short course. Most want a map and some hand holding for a year, along with some sample documents for parent and employee policies.

Also see www.teachachildchangeanation.org  for more information about a micro-school and for a course in how to start a licensed childcare facility -- yes, in any state.

The first lessons help you discover if your building is sufficient and tell you how to sell this to your church congregation, if that is necessary. If your building is not sufficient and you want to cancel the course, you can.

There are ways to have smaller schools in your own home. Much less restrictions for elementary school.

If you are a graduate from homeschooling your children or grandchildren, you may be the ideal person to start a micro-school or pod. If you have taught in the government system and are a certified teacher, please do not sally forth, thinking  you can start a school. You have been trained in foolishness, in invidious expectations, and do not necessarily have any expertise in business or management. Please spend at least 3 years in getting a better education about children and civics and education.

Contrary to the false charity folks (read deceptive communist controllists) we OVERCOME  -- or solve problems. So, yes, some student exhibit test anxiety. Better to overcome test anxiety than to spin the yarn that this in a disability that can not be helped and therefore the student should not be expected to learn Math. Good way to induce a problem, and then cement it, and then cause a ruined life and worse off society. No, these problems can be solved -- one way or another. If there is a will.

Of course, yes, some of the solution might cause adults to work, or conversely, not get paid quite so much for not working. Still, let's solve the problem.
