Today’s episode is a special one to me - a few weeks ago I gave a sermon on how love and grief are two sides of the same coin to my congregation at Napa Valley Unitarian Universalists. A disclaimer: this isn’t a “religious” sermon, it doesn’t talk about spirituality or religion at all. It is a very personal reflection on love, grief, and avoiding things that hurt.
