Exploring grief & resilience through creative tools: Delivered by grief coach Georgina Bednar
During the 45min workshop, we will;
- Explore resilience in a creative, tactile way (please bring some bluetac or a rubber band)
- Creative facilitation to explore how we might create space for our grief and to share our experiences
- Unpack what grief coaching is and how it differs from counselling
Georgina’s workshops often involve interactive tools, which help facilitate collective sharing of our experiences. The tone is often fun, thoughtful and encourages a sense of connection.
