The Grind Collective is an ongoing discussion about the game of baseball from three people that are in the thick of it. Join amateur scouting writer Will Hoefer (Prospects Live), analytics staffer Daniel Garcia (Prospects Live, Virginia Baseball Analytics) and right-handed pitcher Johnny Davis (Prospects Live, Assumption Baseball) as they discuss their ongoing interactions with the game of baseball during “the grind.” Additionally, each episode will have a main topic related to the game of baseball.

In the maiden episode, Daniel, Johnny and Will introduce themselves and talk about their individual experiences with the Cape Cod Baseball League.
