In working with women on weight loss and health goals, I often find patterns of struggles that impact their journey - things that often have nothing to do with food and exercise.
These are the emotional, psychological, stress, and "other" challenges.
And a common one is... the sometimes difficult relationships we have with our older teen and young adult children. That relationship can be even more complicated when our kids are struggling, and we are unsure how to help them.
Enter Jasmyne. She is an International Coaching Federation Certified, Trauma Informed, and Professional Life Coach for Teens and Young Adults.
As a coach, Jasmyne assists teens and young adults who need additional guidance, support, and mentorship. She helps them build self-confidence, shift stuck energy and negative self-talk, and embrace and accept themselves for who they are.
She helps them move toward positive change and activities in their lives.
In my discussion with Jasmyne on this episdoe, she shares how parents can best encourage and support their teens and young adult children. She shares insights, tips, and advice for what you can actually do for you and your kids.
