Colleen Keyworth is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Online-Access, an HVAC web marketing company located in Michigan. Working in her family’s HVAC and plumbing business gave her a clear understanding of what contractors face when they own and operate a profitable business. Online-Access originated out of her family’s business to meet their own marketing needs, but today works with hundreds of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contracting companies across North America.

Colleen is the President and a Member of the Board of Directors at Women in HVACR, where they improve the lives of their members by providing professional avenues to connect with other women growing their careers in the HVACR industry. Colleen also serves on the Southeast Michigan Air Conditioning Contractors Association board.
