Renewal Logistics is a family founded and operated company launched by Courtney Folk Co-Founder and CEO together with her husband Bryan, whose title is President. It originated from their family’s small dry-cleaning business and pivoted to ultimately become the largest independent apparel disaster restoration services business in the US. After pivoting to disaster restoration, the company was approached by a major fashion brand for help with damage incurred in transit for some of the key SKUs of their then-current season.

Renewal excelled at bringing relief to this situation and provided not only value added services but fulfillment services as well. Renewal saved the company over $12M in losses and prevented a lost relationship that was worth over $100M per year that was in jeopardy due to this situation, by re-working goods that were not in sellable condition. This was accomplished in under 2 weeks and included value added services as well as fulfillment. There was no other company in the US or the world that was able to accomplish this within this timeline, which is why they were awarded the project. When they executed this project with 100% satisfaction, and completed it 2 days early, they were then approached by a company to be their dedicated 3PL partner.

The company was then approached by top 3 global apparel brands to become their dedicated 3PL and returns center, and the business as it is now was launched in earnest. Courtney has expanded the 3PL business to become the only fully integrated solution for apparel companies in the US, providing not only wholesale, retail, and ecommerce fulfillment, but also Value Added Services such as wholesale order prep, Amazon FBA prep, and reticketing, as well as full scale returns refurbishment via their 85,000 sq. ft. dry-cleaning facility in Atlanta Georgia. They currently operate 3 locations in the Southeast, totaling 200,000 square feet, and have a bench of 2500 workers.
