I know that familiar feeling..

I can still vividly recall the many disappointments I've had starting and running a business...

Disappointments in things that I did myself...

But also disappointments in things that I felt were happening TO me..

Again and again... over and over...

I love this time of year... whereΒ  we're nearing that period of "down-time" that we (theoretically) give ourselves between Christmas and New Years.
