Ness

In this episode Ness speaks to teacher, mentor and friend, Mac.

Mac is the custodian and guide of Rozelle Crystals. An eclectic little crystal shop in Lilyfield, NSW, Australia. It is known for its array of beautiful and unique crystals, gems and rocks.

This episode touches on the importance of our inner work and the flow on impacts of self inquiry and learning. Ness and Mac discuss everything from the need to help others, to judgement and discernment. The integrations that are shared in this episode are illuminating and expansive in their immensity and their capacity to help us understand the world from a new and fresh lens.

Relying on an online podcasting recording software can be difficult at times but across the ocean conversations are entirely worth it.

I had the privilege of speaking with an interviewing an ethereal and cosmic musician and creatress, Rissa Vibes from the U.S.

We talk everything from affirmations, the music creation process, self care, netflix and being human. Despite technical difficulties we navigate topics of play and ignite heartful conversation. One of my favourite episodes yet!
