As temporary hosts of Hannah Miller’s podcast, her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Jackson, direct a third conversation with Hannah and her husband on how parents and family can help guide a young person in the process of finding a mate.  They introduced two general principles and touched on another principle in the last two podcasts; this time they talk more about the practical outworking of the third principle, guarding one’s heart. They admit this is not easy, but it does help to have other people, hopefully the parents and family and any other counselors, asking questions, getting to know the interested person, and holding the young people involved accountable. Is it even biblical to call a person to guard his or her heart?

Members of the Jackson family discuss their ever-evolving, fluid thoughts on the dating culture of the United States. As the parents, Dr. and Mrs. Jackson, looked around and saw how a secular world approached finding a mate, as they remembered their own stories, and as they began to experience situations with their own children’s relationships. They embarked on a journey of establishing a more biblical approach to helping their children navigate the dating scene and finding a mate. In this first session they describe their perspective of and concerns for the American recreational dating scene, and the reasons why they recognize certain important principles for the dating/courting journey, and the caveats of their process. They also address the first general principle in this session.

In this podcast, Hannah gives a family update before diving into what happened in South Carolina this week regarding the S323 bill that was before a Senate Committee. Furthermore, on the same day, a story was released about a woman in Rock Hill who attempted to murder her baby at 27 weeks gestation. The baby survived the mail-order abortion so the woman is facing charges. Hannah discusses this case and the legal implications under current prolife legislation in SC.

What happened between Marjorie Taylor Green and Donald Trump this week? On the heels of the Trump White House hosting Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, MTG accused Donald Trump of abandoning his America First platform. Is there merit to MTG's accusation? Second, Richard Dawkins shared a major study revealing the trans tide has dropped by 50% since its peak in 2023. This drop confirms it was indeed a social contagion but while there's an element of relief for those with common sense, the anger and betrayal still runs deep. While the transgender movement may be collapsing, this should spur Christians to firm up their own Biblical Worldview otherwise they might find themselves caught by surprise with the next secular ideology that comes along.

Then Hannah shares what she thinks will tank Republicans next election cycle.

Today's podcast briefly covers the upcoming freeze on SNAP benefits. How many people are affected, how are people responding, and is it wrong for the government to freeze these benefits? Hannah also shares about an upcoming event in Summerville, SC with SC House Representative Joe White on November 6th. This event will reveal the reasons behind many of the problems in Columbia, SC and will be quite educational for SC citizens. Then, Hannah addresses the Nick Fuentes and Tucker Carlson interview that happened this week. While Tucker and Fuentes covered an array of topics, Hannah hones in on their discussion about men and women; specifically, the problems of feminism and porn. Hannah admits Fuentes is right, these things are problems but Hannah posits that his solution isn't sufficient.

The dispute between Donald Trump and much beloved Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie continues to heat up. Donald Trump endorsed Ed Gallrein this week who is running against Massie. Has Massie faced much opposition before in his district? Is he on shaky ground or does his district appear to support him? Hannah dives into the numbers this week to discern whether Kentuckie's 4th Congressional District wants a Constitutional Representative or a Trump Yes man. Next up, Spartanburg County in South Carolina elected their own Thomas Massie this week in a huge win for soon to be Senator Lee Bright. Columbia spent big money to get Lee Bright out of office back in 2016 but he's back and more liberty minded than ever!

The Trump administration announced a sweeping plan to make IVF and fertility treatments cheaper and more widely available. Hannah shares some of her own journey in developing an ethic regarding IVF and why every Christian and pro-life advocate needs to solidify their convictions on this topic. Briefly, Hannah gives four reasons why IVF is incompatible with a pro-life and pro-child ethic and she shares a few quotes from the book Them Before Us written by Katy Faust that addresses this timely topic.
