Hello Happy Platers!

Back by popular demand, meaning Kristi told us we had to, is our $40 a day challenge.  On today’s show, we will be eating our way around Epcot, but there is a caveat, this will take place during a non-festival time!  We know that it is really easy to eat well for $40 during a festival but we thought it would be better to try the challenge sans festival.  Granted it is only about one and a half months. So, to recap the rules: we need to eat a snack, QS, and a TS meal.  Plus, we need to add tax which is 6.5%, and tip at the TS restaurant of 18%.  Ok, let’s see how this park plays out…
