After several weeks of my body not cooperating with me, struggling to churn out any 'good' training days, having to manage pain and warmup for significantly longer time frames, and a list of other challenges, I am being forced to take a step back. Sometimes we have to take 1 step backwards to allow the steps forward to continue to be there in the future. I talk about the grind the last 3 weeks have been, and what I am doing over the next week to rest and reset.
