If change was easy then everyone would do it. Most people seem able to identity what it is they want to change in their life but as soon as it gets hard they find any number of reasons to quit.

That's understandable. We have evolved to pursue pleasure and avoid pain. However, in modern life, the deepest desires we have demand that we endure seasons of hardship and difficulty.
