The third and final installment of a people-pleasing series as requested by a listener addresses lifestyle changes and how to "hold strong" to them without worrying about what others may think or say. I personally have a lot of experience with lifestyle changes, so I used my own experience to explore this topic. The hard part isn't what other people think and say, but being in our own in-between. Identity, commitment and processing desire all come to play.
I mentioned the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. (No affiliation, just a big fan.)
