A lot of times as an empath we pick up on so many peoples energies and emotions and it’s very important for us to protect ourselves. It’s very important for us to recognize when we are projecting and when we need to trust our intuition. If you constantly keep getting the feelings every time you’re around or talk to the same type of people this is not an illusion, this is not a projection…… this is your intuition speaking to you and it is very important for you to listen to it. 

Never match energy stay true to who you genuinely are a person of love and light, but it is very important to set healthy boundaries and protect your energy from energy vampires 🧛‍♀️ 🧿

We have finally made it to the last day of the seven day rising challenge. This has been absolutely amazing , a healing experience, and I am so grateful that you all decided to share this journey with me. 

We have to understand that sometimes life will life, and to remember to be gentle and patient with ourselves, but also being consistent definitely helps. Listen to your body and remember to trust your intuition.
