On this episode, I talk about a triggering moment I had today. I am definitely trying not to beat myself up for allowing myself to be triggered. I have to take accountability. I cannot control anyone else’s response or what they do. I can only control mine and I lost control. Remember, we are human and it’s times like these where we reflect, learn and release if need be.
