We enjoy some humour with this song about alcohol made up from Doctor Jordan B Peterson's talks. Alcohol is most definitely one of the most common means to get ones life into a downward spiral. It is used by the youth. It is used by the stars we see on television and is used to show the part life in movies and on screen. Then we have the music industry which does a great job to glorify it as well. There are no winners and only truck loads of PTSD
To understand the nature of the universe looks like an impossible task to some people. Yet now we know that the best way is to understand it is to understand yourself first. Your job and mission is to get to know thyself and if you are an infinite wing you must know everything else at the same time. Otherwise you will always have a limited understanding of things.
The world is transforming and so are you. Both of these are happening at the same time, despite much resistance from many people who could be described as those who are sleeping. Blissfully unaware that any such transformation is occurring. If we look contemplatively at our world today, and the transformations we and our world have been through it becomes much easier to see.
Contemplative Walking is something anyone of us can start at any time to begin a practice that is so simple, yet so profoundly powerful that the elixir of these two friends, along with the simplicity and the wholeheartedness it brings, can allow you to the space for necessary healing and personal growth.
Understand why you are living this life. Then transcend it. Without the proper work, our minds are set on a trajectory towards getting more and more closed off and riddled on ego defence mechanisms. Just like keeping fit keeps us physically capable, our minds also need to be kept mentally fit with Contemplative Intelligence© practices.
When you become more conscious you will have the ability to heal your life. All that therapy is, is the simple process of becoming more conscious of yourself, others, the world and God.
The Imposter Syndrome is all about self doubt, self worth and feeling like a fraud. It is fuelled by our the inflated worth of others, and the lack of any of that worth for our own successes. It is like a confidence kill switch. Impostor Syndrome can be linked to other areas of self-doubt, such as fear of success, failure or self sabotage.
Healing is essential to everything that lives and breathes including you. If we do not heal and carry on as we do the world will die in the next few hundred years. You are the one, along with the rest of us, that must heal yourself so that you can help heal the world. Healed people heal people! Many of us sit with depression, fear and tension like it's a choice. The only decision to be made is the one to heal as best as you can, as soon as you can.
Fear Addiction is something that almost everyone will face today as our minds move into survival mind through the added stresses and strains of modern day living. There is a way to overcome Survival mind and heal from Fear Addiction.
