This week, I’m happy to welcome Jenny Rey of Mi Casita Herbs into the Healing Home. Jenny is an herbalist, artist and mother creating herbal remedies with a holistic approach to health in mind. She also offers a line of culinary seasonings inspired by her childhood in Popayán, Colombia, has studied as an apprentice with Kyle Denton of Tippecanoe Herbs and Venice Williams and is part of the Madre Wellness Collective in Milwaukee, WI.
