We talk about my own negative inner monologue, and the hurtful things I often say to my self, such as "I'm a worthless loser," and what actually happens in the brain when we transform those thoughts into positive ones.
This episode is designed to help you to understand your brain and your thoughts better, so that you can understand what's happening when you transform your inner monologue. You will come to understand why these thoughts DO NOT define you, what they actually are, and why they feel so true and overwhelming (even though they are 100% false).
