Dr. Justin Hanus is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who actually went to high school with our co-host Tristan and recently helped Tristan progress through some nagging injuries at his clinic Trifecta Therapeutics in Glassboro, NJ. On this episode Tristan and Justin discuss the physical therapy side of TBI/concussion recovery, the neuroscience behind chronic pain, some truths & myths about recovery modalities and much more. This was a very interesting conversation and Justin is very well versed in the latest scientific research behind PT and recovery as well as the neuroscience aspect of it.
