What are the essential skills needed to control diabetes? Almost one year ago we released an episode about the essential skills we believe every diabetic needs to know to be successful. Now, nearly a year later we've expanded upon that list. Listen as Graham and Ken debate what skills should be on this LIST!
The 5 Essential Skills to Controlling Diabetes:
1. Mindset - What is your relationship with diabetes?
2. Foundational Skills
3. Consistency
4. Physical Well-Being
5. Support System - We're not talking about your parents.
This podcast is all about providing recourses to be successful. During this episode Ken talks about a podcast that he most recently listened to talking about covering for PROTEINS and FATS.
