I invite you to do an inventory of your automated behaviors, healthy and unhealthy, and choose which ones you want to keep, which ones you want to replace, and which habits you want to focus on going forward.
Just choose one habit at a time and then when that’s easy and automatic, choose another one to focus on. When that’s easy and automatic, choose another.
It is by small consistent changes in your behavior over extended periods of time, that you will create an extraordinary transformation. You got this!
