Adding on to last weeks episode on how every encounter we have has a ripple effect through our lives in how everything happens for a reason and in divine timing.
This episode is my personal story in how one person created a ripple effect in my own life, this one person led me down my path of spiritual growth and coming to know my true self, that led to finding my purpose and to this very podcast.

Do you believe everything happens for a reason? That all the good, bad, and ugly that transpire throughout our lives all has a purpose?
To perhaps see things a little differently or find inspiration or motivation to make it through those times that feel impossible to get through.
Getting 100% real on this episode. Again talking about some of the incensarities we experience in our life and also how we sometimes participate in them ourselves too.
Gaining some perspective from my friends grandparents allowed me grow a greater awareness and in how I can be more genuine in my interactions with others.
Hopefully it can do the same for you!

I totally butchered speaking this woman's name on this week's episode when I read this, but her quote is one I hold very tightly to my heart. As I had to face the risks in allowing myself to fully bloom.
In this episode I elaborate a recent social media post I made about a wild sunflower that blossomed through the concrete sidewalk.
A very good lesson to take to heart. The overflowing beauty and joy that comes from allowing yourself to fully blossom is absolutely worth the risks you may endure to get there.
The world needs you in full bloom, not to shrivel up in pain while trapped tight in a bud.
Have you ever made a wish list for your life? Or taken the time to reflect during the milestones of your life?
In this week's episode I talk about the list I made 5 years ago when I was 30 and the things I had written out for what I wanted in my life in 5 years.
How I happened to find that note recently and was shocked to see everything I had written down became my reality.

Who are you blaming for the circumstances in your life? Such a great questions to ask ourselves.
It's so easy for us to place blame on external forces for why things are going wrong in our lives. We never stop to think about what responsibility we have in every situation. We forget our power, we forget we have choices and options
In this episode I share some of my 'aha' moments where I came to this realization, took responsibility and started making an effort to make changes in my life and how you can too.
Numbing the pain of hard truths can be a path that leads to addiction. Pain can also be produced from the experiences with an addict.
In this episode I am getting super vulnerable and sharing some of the experiences I had having a mother as an addict. How I felt, and a few of the traumatic moments I had with her as a child.
I also go into depth on gaining a greater awareness to the pain we experience in our lives, how to shift our focus to be able to live freely as our true selves. How we all have scars and we shouldn't be ashamed but love ourselves as we are, because even when we feel broken, we are still whole, and fully loved.
