This week, I had a chance to sit down with Sarah Collins, an occupational therapy consultant who specializes in working with homeschool families, to talk about both of our favorite subject: how moms can care for their own needs while they homeschool their kids.
We both have experienced our energy start to wane once the newness of the school year wears off and we’ve noticed that other moms feel the same way.
We talked all about how we can all incorporate into our busy schedules:
- A growth mindset
- Habits of spiritual health
- Habits of physical health
- Organizational habits
- Finding balance between them all within the natural rhythms of our day
