Carter Niemeyer was a government trapper charged with going up to Canada in the mid 1990s to trap and bring down wolves to reintroduce into areas of the Northwest United States. He has been a wolf and wildlife advocate for decades and works to speak about his experiences and educate people on what he has seen as a wildlife biologist, hunter/trapper, and expert witness. This is one of the most varied and heated topics I have waded into, and I greatly appreciate his willingness to come and speak with me about what he has seen and done. Enjoy!

The Ranch Podcast is the premier source for long format interviews and information in Eagle and the Treasure Valley of Idaho. The Boise area is home to many counties and ways of life. It’s also home to many law enforcement agencies, like Ada County and Canyon county Sheriff offices, Idaho State Police, Eagle Police Department, Meridian Police Department, and many more. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different.
