The heartbeat

Welcome to day #1 you have embarked yourself on a 30 day challenge meditation. As we go along this journey. Let’s open our heart to endless possibilities. Miracles do happen to those who believe.

How you ever questioned, why the mind is never at peace? Can you really control your emotions? Yes, you can! Just accept what is happening and surrender to the moment here and now. Learn to be present with a simple yes.

Connect with your breath, allow yourself to relax. Set intention for your practice and enjoy your beautiful day. The light in me honors the light in you. Namaste

If you think you can have abundance, love and success. You will !!!

Having difficultly expressing yourself? Can you create a safe space for difficult conversations? Yes you can! Listen to this podcast. I give you some tips to make your conversations more effective and possibly enjoyable.

Are you afraid to make changes in your life? Are you having trouble letting go? You see, life is very interesting. Your life purpose will never happen if you are not courageous enough to say yes to yourself. How many people out there die without knowing their passions or heart desires? It’s time to dream and to call miracles our way. Don’t die without experiencing your magic.

-Olivia G

You will find out more about yourself when you accept your darkest and that part of you that we hate, “Our EGO.” You are perfect the way you are! What makes you beautiful is that side in you that is fragile and vulnerable. I am looking for my 300, nothing more, nothing less.
