The Heavyist

This week is a special one! We finally get to discuss the titanic slab of aggression that is the incredible debut full length from hardcore supergroup END. That album bangs so hard the only way to follow it was to run down some pallet cleansing bbq jams. Jams recommended come from Abrams, Lowrider, The Smith Street Band, Tigerwine, Moses Sumney and Little Albert Little Albert .

In episode 73 we were absolutely stoked to chat with our friend and legend, Robert Meadows. Robert filled us in on all things Mind Power plus a stupidly radical upcoming project set to blow our tiny minds. We also discussed two fantastic releases from Kardashev and ACxDC.

Thanks to Robert for being a bloody great guest, we had a lot of fun and hope you all dig listening.

Another sack of slabs from the listeners as we chat Trench, Invent/Animate and Stigmatized. Brutal News includes the long-awaited comeback track from heavy titans Misery Singals as well as some inventive crowdfunding from ATG and 2KTrees.

Also we couldn't resist chucking some more bangers on the bonfire from The Hirsch Effekt and Woorms. A bit of chat about upcoming aoty contenders for good measure.

In another week from the lockdown, the dudes evade insanity by worshipping the badassery of Revulsion and FOES.  They also chat with Andreas Bjuver vocalist of the awesome Cabal. Brutal news is observed and we Heavyists Anonymous makes its maiden voyage which was a lot of fun. Thanks to all the homies for the submissions and leave your boys a #PISSWITCH if you make it through.

In the third episode from the lockdown the dudes get real excited about 3 ridiculously radical albums from Cabal, Beggar and Methwitch.  Gary doesn't want to do a podcast about Vampires but he does want to fight the world listening to Methwitch. 2 albums from each of the dudes to get stuck into during the Isolation  are Grogus and Ulsect from Sonny and Nice Hooves and Max something from David Maxim Micic.

Thanks for listening homies.

In the second episode from the lockdown the dudes deliberate some tunes that would make your mum throw up with their good friend Alex Teyen of Black Tongue.

This week's badass albums come from Serpent Column and Machine Girl, brace yourself because this is going to hurt. Some Brutal News, very Professional Questions and a quick round of Would I Grind To You.

Thanks for listening! If you enjoyed the pod, please feel contractually obliged to leave a 5-star review and tell your homies. PEACE X
