My good friend Dr Kathy Koch is sharing an exercise we can do to help our kids articulate what they are feeling and help them see that they are in control of something in their lives. Personally, I think it would be good for the whole family, and I took my own notes this time!

 In case you haven’t noticed, I’m struggling in this. God’s desire is that our hearts would be refreshed and encouraged right now, even though on some days that seems impossible. We know that God is a god of provision. He is Jehovah Jireh, Our Provider. He is Jehovah Rapha, Our Healer. El Roi, The God Who Sees.
