Dr. Mark Sherwood is joining me on the show today. We're going to answer listener questions about weaning off SSRIs, eating healthy on a limited budget, the benefits of NAD+ IV therapy and hydrogen water, losing weight through walking, overcoming alcohol addiction, the benefits of iodine in the healthy salt trend, the benefits of infrared saunas, and body image concerns after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Join us as a subscriber for Happy Hour where an anonymous listener asked about Mark's thoughts on breast implants and whether or not it was safe. She said she's really struggling. She's a mother of several children. She's been a breastfeeding mom and her self-confidence is at an all time low. So we're gonna talk about that. She said, “Dr. Mark, could you help a girl out with advice and words of encouragement on how to embrace the way my body looks now?” You won’t want to miss this conversation.

In the previous podcast we covered the founders of the United States Education System and laid out plainly how they had a goal to instill collectivism while separating kids from their parents. In this episode I’ll cover how John Dewey and the NEA play into the big picture but most importantly, what we can do to advocate for our children and take back control for our children’s sake.

Did you know that from the very beginning, our public school system has been trying to remove God from the schools and instill collectivism while separating kids from their parents? It's true, and we're losing our kids to it. For the next couple of episodes, I'm going to talk about this battle for the heart, which is education in the 21st century. I’ll go into the history of the American Education System, and today I’ll be starting with its founders.

We've been talking for years about the blatant assault that's been levied at God's people in particular. My guest today is here to talk about this, but more importantly, how we can understand and respond to attacks on the Bible, human life, and the church. Don’t miss this timely and encouraging episode with my friend, David Fiorazo, as he shares what he learned as he wrote this new book.

Today is Mailbox Monday and I have a ton of questions to get to, including what do you do with a toddler that wants to turn everything into a gun? Where can a hurting woman go when her husband is struggling with a porn addiction? What place does speaking in tongues have in our lives today? How do we share about the public schools in a way that will help people hear it?

In an era where the traditional education system is facing challenges and criticisms, my guest today has emerged as an absolute beacon of hope. Lisa Dunne is the president and CEO of Chula Vista Christian University, and she's not just changed the game, she's redefined it. She joins me today to talk about her book, Outsourced, and Why We Need an Education Revolution in the United States.

Join me today to talk about fasting and its relevance for Christians today. I’ll be teaching from the story of Esther and highlighting the importance of living a set-apart life and seeking God's guidance through fasting and prayer. Our country is in desperate need of repentance, and regular fasting and prayer for the healing of the nation and the upcoming elections is something powerful we can actually *do.* There is an eternal reward of fasting, and it’s not just to have our prayers answered.

Let’s talk about the Iowa caucuses! Donald Trump’s landslide victory sends a pretty clear message about who will be the Republican nominee. We’ll talk about the impact of Democratic policies on the election and how Joe Biden's presidency has impacted voters. The importance of the 2024 elections can’t be ignored, and the involvement in local politics is critical. There is always hope, and we must be on our knees in prayer! The Lord is our Savior, yet while we are on this planet in this country, we want the best leader of the options we have.

Siaka Massaquoi, once a liberal Hollywood actor, now a conservative and facing political persecution (including a raid on his house by the FBI), joins me today to share the events of the January 6 Capitol rally and his perspective on what happened. Siaka discusses the expansion of FBI power and the potential for political persecution as a direct result of it. Siaka needs financial support for his defense, and is here to share his hope for the future as he is trusting in God's plan.
