Hey folks, Marty here. I’ll be honest, we did this show on a Friday. It was one heck of a dumpster fire of a weekend and the beginning of the week hasn’t been that much better hence the delay in getting the show online. I have also completely forgotten what we talked about. I’m guessing comics, Doctor Who and Lion King … maybe more? Anyways, hope you enjoy the show.

Mego action figures were once top of the heap with some awesome comic book characters. Well, Mego is back! The lads also chat about DC Comics’ television shows this season. And the lads even talk a bit about comic books!

Stan Lee … RIP … ’nuff said! But not really as the lads eulogize The Man and then chat about the latest Walking Dead TV season.

This week in comics has Sam coming upon the first appearance of Glenn Scarpelli! Who? Glenn!! Dan’s Canadian Sentinal’s second instalment is out in True Patriot #10. Have you checked it out yet? We then wax nostalgically about The Littlest Hobo and a few other Can-Con TV shows.

Sam and Chris are under the weather so Marty and Dan hop on the phone with special guest host Andrew Thomas. Dan and Andrew give us all the nitty-gritty on their amazing all-ages comic book from Chapterhouse … Canuck Adventures! We chat with Andrew about some of the recent comic conventions, Auric news, Chapterhouse gossip (not really) and about Canadian comics in general.

Happy Birthday, Marty! While Marty hits the Hamilton Comic Con, Sam, Dan and Chris have an in-depth discussion of the new Doctor Who’s first episode.

The boys are BACK! We kick off the Fall season with a brand new episode. And what a way to start! Batawang-Gate is all the rage as Marty rages on the subject. Dan gives us some news about his EXCITING Chapterhouse project. And Chris runs down some new comics he read.

Sam, Dan and Chris close out the summer season with a chat about the upcoming FanExpo Canada. Being the third largest comic convention in North America there is a metric poop tonne of great things to do at the show. Dan chats about a Canadian Comic Book Alliance Kickstarter that we should all support. Sam talks about Black Hammer and some of Jeff Lemire’s great stories. But don’t expect to see Stan Lee at FanExpo since it was recently announced he is retiring from public appearances.
