Welcome, listeners! Join me, Lisa Toth, as we venture through the Hidden Workforce, a show about the positive impact people who live with different abilities bring to the workforce and our world.
We have a fun and exciting episode this week!
Lisa kicks us off as she welcomes a new member to her team, a frequent guest on the show we've enjoyed hearing from over the years, Maggie Bond! Maggie visits with us about her trip to Europe and amongst the fun stories she goes into detail about the emphasis and value of accessibility for people with disabilities in the European Union. You won't believe how engrained accessibility is in the culture of the EU- Tune in to hear all about it in this insightful conversation.
Then, we venture to Duncan, Oklahoma in Adventures with Alex! Alex chats with Michael Harris, a director from the show he was in called, "Home for the Holidays" with Duncan Little Theater. Michael has directed plays and shows for music videos, television, and other film projects in Nashville. He served as executive director of Oklahoma City's Omniplex formerly known as the Kirkpatrick Center, and eventually, his talents brought him to Duncan.
