The return of the most laidback fitness podcast in the game is back baby!
We're back to give you more wisdom tied up in a bag of laughs and stirred over ice with a shot of Poitin.
Charlie is a writer, but this man is not one for just sticking to the books. He's an adventurer of the highest order and has decided to go the whole way around our wee island on a kayak. A hooligan and hallion of a man, which you know we respect round here.
We know you'll eat this one up like your ma's lemon drizzle cake so nuff talking, go listen
Oh yeah, subscribe to our new instagram ya wee fools:

A Wicklow man who makes groovy tunes, loves stout and the town, what more can ya want in a podcast guest?
Recorded at "The Big House" Dundalk, featuring Dylan Mullen the spice bag himself. This is the Higher Training Podcast.
With his opening EP this man blew my mind with the groove. Blew the bloody doors off!

Welcome to casting couch....
The human fridge from the footsteps of the Mourne's joined me for this episode, and you'd be fair wrong to expect this chat to be all about lifting weights and calorie defecits.
Tony is an online coach when he's not at his full time job which involves guzzling the guts of 5000 calories into him every day and wearing speedos by a pool or a beach.
Give the wingnut a follow and keep reading if you enjoyed this episode you saucy wee fool!

Howya lads!
"I love the beach and I love twerking", a direct quote from this episode from the wild Celtic woman herself: Bonnie Boux.
Bonnie is an absolute legend of the highest order. I pissed myself via laughter a few times in this chat that swaps between deep conversation and ridiculousness.
She's a women with her fingers in many pies. She's a host, performer, choreographer, comedian, wedding celebrant, she run's self love workshops, designs and sells towel ponchos, does a bit of burlesque and can be seen twerking, skating and strutting around the beaches, multi-story car parks and venues of Ireland.

Live from Dundalk's first taphouse, Mo Chara x Higher Training presents a couple of hours of great craic and (in)coherent insight into the work that it took these three young fla's to create the liveliest pub in the town.
Beware, after pint 4 or 5 things begin to go downhill. Luke Kelly got mentioned and I'll say no more.

This episode was recorded at the Seeking Judy (@seekingjudy) HQ in Dundalk and I was joined by Emma (@thepositivityplug_) who has been on a journey of self discovery and promotion of healthy living and came along to share some of that with us.
We talk about the daily facades that most of us walk around with, we discuss the tools that we use to help our mental health, what it's like dealing with people giving you shit about your psoriasis and she let's us in on the know about this Shakti craic I saw her talk about on her story.
If you're a fan of the podcast you can now support the work that we do. You can now throw a couple of quid our way to pay for the cost of young Aaron Lally's work shooting and editing the videos and for all the time I put in to creating the podcasts that your eyeballs and earlobes get to enjoy and maybe even learn from.

This ones but up on " the Youtube" for a week or so but now she's live on all platforms.
This is the second episode I recorded with Mark (@guywhodidntsettle), this time we did it face to face (and foot to foot, you'll get it if you watch the video...).
We trained in the gym and did some Jitsu earlier in the day so the conversation started off on that note and continued into a discussion on all things training goals, motivation, coaching clients and of course, the power of small gains!
Go subscribe to the podcast on Youtube, Spotify or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
Ah sure give Mark a wee follow too and maybe check out his own podcast:
