In today's episode, I invited Saif Derzi to share his thoughts on what the property market looks in the next 12 months.

Saif Derzi is an award winning property trader and investor. He has been in property for over 7 years and has bought and sold over 150 properties, manages over 400 properties and owns and runs a cash buying company. In 2022, he won Property Trader of the Year.

What do you look for when viewing a potential property to buy?

In today's episode, I wanna talk to you about the process that I go through when I'm viewing HMOs.

Over the years, I have certainly perfected a bit of a strategy and approach when viewing properties and I think if you get this right, it can give you the edge that you need over other prospective buyers, and it can definitely save you a lot of time, money and heartache!

So if you are looking at expanding your portfolio this year, if you are indeed buying your first HMO, then this episode is definitely for you.

Craig is a hands-on property developer based in Medway (North Kent) who’s been investing in student HMOs for 15 years and has built a multi-million-pound property portfolio. 

He has also built the largest Student HMO Lettings and Management Agency in Medway which not only manages his personal properties but local landlord’s stock too - they now have over 60 HMOs and over 250 Tenants.
