The Hoffman Show

With Alex Sarr and Bub Carrington being named to the All-Rookie First and Second Teams, respectively, Craig takes a step back to evaluate the Wizards’ 2024 draft class. He praises GM Will Dawkins for nailing the draft in what was considered a weaker class and highlights how the early production from Washington’s rookies stacks up favorably against their peers. Craig shares his optimism about the team's future and draws comparisons to the OKC Thunder's rebuild blueprint.

Craig reveals that contrary to popular belief, fans can actually watch the NBA Draft Lottery process, including the ping pong ball drawing that determines the top picks. With ongoing conspiracy theories suggesting the lottery is rigged, Craig questions why the NBA doesn’t promote the behind-the-scenes footage more publicly to build transparency and trust.
