If you are a parent or caregiver and feel like you're drowning in stress, you're not alone. Many of us feel like we are struggling to stay afloat amid a torrent of midlife changes and challenges. We're trying to homeschool and tackle our to-do list while also navigating relationship stress, child-related stress, and work stress. Plus, many of us are part of the growing "sandwich generation" where we find ourselves caring not only for our own children but for aging parents.
In today's episode, we are joined by Debbie Fear of Wild Psychology. Debbie has over two decades of experience as a psychologist and she's also mum to two neurodivergent children. Now, Debbie provides online coaching, counseling & psychotherapy for big-hearted people who want to make a difference through her website, Wild Psychology.
